Since 2001 it has grown from a one-man talent manager booking small-town theaters into an international producer of branded and alternative live entertainment. By 2010, artists all over the country were hiring Mike Mills to manage their acts, and the business was growing faster than its back office. We started with the fundamentals a growing company needs:

Scaling the accounting department with the business
Rapid growth strains every system and every person. As the company took off, we went from keeping the books to working as part of upper management, proposing changes every year and sometimes twice a year:

- A consolidated entity structure for legal protection and clean reporting by business unit

An outsourced accounting department on the org chart
From weekly bookkeeping to controller and CFO-level support, Reinhart appears on the Mills org chart as the company’s accounting department. Mike Mills gets the benefit of a CFO, controller, tax manager and staff accountant through one bundled relationship, and a long-term financial plan tied to his own goals.
