Kelly Reinhart, CPA
Kelly founded Reinhart & Associates in 2002 after serving as a tax manager at KPMG and tax director at a regional firm in Denver.
He leads the firm’s outsourced CFO engagements, tax strategy, and mergers and acquisitions work, and has guided small businesses and their owners through growth, acquisitions and sales ever since. He also advises other businesses, serves on boards and develops new ventures.
Kelly completed graduate tax training at the University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in New York.
